Beautiful dress watch from Zenith dating from the early 1960s. It features a slim 14k gold plated (20 microns) case measuring 34mm and only 6mm thick. The dial of this particular example features a beautiful ivory finish with minimalist indexes and Dauphine style hands also in 14k gold plate. This Zenith is reference 979.416.
It is equipped with a high quality manual winding movement, the Zenith caliber 2522, which runs perfectly. The watch is equipped with a generic brown leather strap with generic buckle (quite worn) to complete its vintage look.
This piece has been worn throughout its life, but it is still in good condition considering its age. The crown is original and bears the Zenith logo.
