What shipping methods are available?
We have chosen to offer two delivery options for greater flexibility: Standard and Express. These plans differ in price and speed.
What is the delivery time for my order?
Delivery times generally vary depending on your country and the delivery type selected. Allow 1 to 3 days for Express delivery compared to 2 to 8 for Standard delivery. Also note the 24-hour shipping time: preparation of your order and delivery of the package.
Do you ship internationally?
The national and international transport partners we work with ensure global coverage. No matter where you live, your order will reach you without problem.
What are the shipping fees ?
Delivery costs vary depending on your location and shipping method (Express or Standard). They are automatically added and visible when the order is placed.
How will my order be packaged?
Each order is handled with the greatest care. We know the fragility of watches and take rigorous measures to guarantee their protection during transport. Each watch and accessories are meticulously packaged in bubble wrap, polystyrene, other insulating materials and placed in a suitable cardboard box.
How do I track my order?
After placing and packing your order you will receive a confirmation by email, accompanied by a tracking number. This number will allow you to follow the progress of your package in real time on the national/international carrier's website.
My order has not yet arrived, what should I do?
The carriers we work with do everything they can to ensure the punctual delivery of your package. If your delivery takes longer than expected, go directly to the carrier's website to find out the exact location of your package.
Payment Information
What payment methods are offered?
We work with the main players related to payment by bank cards. Apple Pay is also integrated into our store for secure payments via IOS.
We recently added the ability to pay for our watches via Paypal.
Can I pay in several installments?
Yes, it is possible to pay for your order in installments via the recent integration of Paypal into our payment solutions.
The conditions of this type of payment are directly mentioned and managed by Paypal.
Is payment on your website secure?
Any payment made on our platform is completely secure.
In case of payment, your banking details are transmitted to the banking server securely via the SSL encrypted protocol. This system then encrypts all transactions to guarantee their confidentiality.
We want to make your shopping experience as transparent and smooth as possible. From selecting your watch to receiving it at your home.
Orders and returns
Do you offer a warranty when selling a watch?
Currently, we do not have a professional watchmaker on staff, which means that every watch sold does not come with a warranty.
However, before being released online, each watch undergoes a careful inspection. At The Ticking Watch, we are committed to providing you with maximum transparency regarding the external condition of the watch, movement-related defects, as well as damage to the glass, bracelet, hands and dial.
However, please note that certain exclusions apply, including:
1) Sealing problems.
2) Natural wear/aging of the watch: alteration of the color of the dial, the materials of the bracelet.
3) Damage caused by the intervention of a third person after the sale.
4) Damage from causes external to the watch: accidents, shocks, immersion, rise in altitude.
5) Damage caused by negligence resulting from abusive, inappropriate use, lack of care such as: blows, dents, scratches, crushing and broken glass.
What elements do your watches come with?
We strive to find you parts with the original papers/boxes.
Unfortunately, our watches are pieces that are mostly more than half a century old. Being second-hand models, it is not uncommon for the papers/boxes to be lost by their previous owners.
Each of our ad descriptions mentions the presence or absence of these accessories.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Please contact us by email about this.
If an item arrives at your home and it doesn't bring you the joy you hoped for, we will be happy to take it back. Please see our returns policy for more information on returning a watch.
Can I return a product?
If you don't fall in love with the watch you receive, you can return it. According to article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, you are covered by a legal withdrawal period of 14 days for an item from receipt of the package.
Please note that we carry out a thorough check of all our watches before shipping them. We therefore keep detailed records of their operation, accessories, as well as photos of the interior and exterior.
If returning, please use the original shipping box or a similar, secure box. Take photos of the watch and potential accessories (paper/box) before shipping and use an insured shipping method.
