The Seastar Seven was launched by Tissot in 1964. The "Seven" refers to seven "essential qualities" that Tissot says set the watch apart from other models in the same price range. You have to believe that this was true, because the model line was very successful.
This Tissot Visodate Seastar Seven has a nice diameter of 34.5mm and is powered by the caliber 784-2. Like all Tissots of this era, the dial is very well executed. The silver sun texture on the golden case under the sun gives this watch multiple personalities.
The contrast with the hour markers makes it extremely classy. I should however mention that there is still one damaged area of the “Seastar Seven” at 7:35.
The daily drift is between -5 and +13 seconds depending on the position of the watch.
This watch comes without box and papers.
