In the 1970s, Longines offered several interpretations of the rectangular watch, directly inspired by the Art Deco aesthetic popularized between the two world wars.
This Longines "Tank" shaped watch, reference 7692-2, features a rectangular case plated in 20 microns of yellow gold, paired with a dial with Roman numerals and blued hands. It offers refined legibility and a distinctly vintage charm. The dial's even and natural patina enhances the watch's authenticity and bears witness to its history.
Inside, you'll find the Longines 428 caliber hand-wound movement, renowned for its slimness, reliability, and mechanical simplicity. A fitting choice for an elegant watch, designed first and foremost for wrist comfort and discretion. An ideal timepiece for lovers of vintage dress watches.
This watch comes without a box or papers.
