Beautiful vintage Longines Admiral 5 Stars "Day-date" watch. The Day-date version of the Longines Admiral is much less common than its sister model, ref. 8336, which simply has a date window.
This is a 35mm timepiece (excluding the crown) powered by the Longines 507 movement. It's an automatic movement with a power reserve of approximately 40 minutes. The movement is in perfect working order, as is the date window at 3 o'clock. Only the date function is available on this movement, activated by pressing the crown. All parts of this watch are original: dial, case back, hands, and crown.
This watch has been worn throughout its life, but it is still in fair condition considering its age. The main flaws are on the dial. The black dial shows signs of age and is missing the 9 o'clock marker. The case, however, is in good condition but shows signs of wear as it is not polished. The watch comes with a generic leather strap and its Longines suede pouch.
This watch comes without a box/papers.
