Launched in 1961 to celebrate the manufacture's centenary, the Eterna Centenary line embodies the classic elegance and technical refinement for which the brand is renowned.
This 1967 model, in perfect working condition, is powered by the Eterna-Matic 1428U automatic movement. A caliber equipped with a ball-mounted rotor patented by the company in 1948. A major innovation that has marked the history of watchmaking.
The case, with its harmonious proportions of 34mm, reflects the sober and refined aesthetic of the late 1960s. Its screw-down caseback features the embossed commemorative golden “Centenary” medallion, a distinctive feature of the models in this series.
The silver dial, adorned with applied faceted indexes and baton hands, offers perfect readability while subtly playing with the light. Another distinctive feature is its crown integrated into the case, which only reveals the elegant curves of this piece.
This watch comes with its original box and papers.
