The Eterna-Matic 1000 Concept 80 is an iconic model from the stylistic renewal of the 1970s, a period during which Swiss manufacturers explored bolder and more modern designs.

The name "1000" refers to the improvements made to the reliability of automatic movements, particularly thanks to the ball-bearing mounted rotor system, an Eterna signature and the basis for many future developments at ETA.

The Concept 80 model presented here perfectly illustrates this evolution with its cushion case with soft, brushed lines, typical of the 70s, offering a very modern presence despite its contained dimensions. The contrast between the yellow gold plating and the sunburst silver dial brings a warm elegance, reinforced by the applied indexes with their geometric design.

Powered by the Eterna 1488K caliber, based on a robust ETA architecture, this watch benefits from a reliable automatic movement with a comfortable power reserve, perfectly suited for daily use.
