Chronographe Suisse wasn't a single brand, but a collective name for several Swiss workshops that, starting in the 1940s, produced elegant and affordable chronographs. Assembled with standardized components and renowned movements like Venus, Landeron, or Valjoux, these models still offer an excellent entry point into vintage watches today.

This 1950s chronograph features the Venus 170 caliber, a hand-wound column-wheel chronograph renowned for its robustness. The original dial sports a warm, even patina. The 36mm chrome case shows many signs of wear but retains a beautiful presence on the wrist.

The crown, unsigned, is probably original, showing the same patina as the case.
